Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on opened e-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, or tanks due to sanitary reasons.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at +1-720-663-8677 We will provide you with a return label to send back the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: All devices and MODS have manufacturer warranty which can be claimed from the relevant brand. Hence, Bring My Vape shall not be liable to cover returns or refunds for these items.

Refunds:

We offer refunds on items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at +1-720-663-8677 so we can resolve the issue. If you received an incorrect item, please let us know so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

If you request a refund for a non-defective item, please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you would like.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
